PAULDING — The Paulding Police Department is asking for the local public’s assistance in locating missing 17 year old Mara Rose Vielma out of the Paulding, Ohio area.

Mara was last seen on April 29, 2017 at approximately 8:00 pm when she left for a walk and was expected home in an hour, but never returned.

She doesn’t have a driver’s license and it is not out of the ordinary for her to walk when the weather is warm. Maria left with no money, clothing or medication. She took her cell phone, but it is dead or turned off.

She was last seen wearing a t-shirt, leggings, a maroon sweater and black and white DC shoes.

Mara is described as:

• GENDER: Female.
• HAIR: Black and blue.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 3 inches.
• WEIGHT: 115 pounds.
• OTHER: Maria has a nose piercing.
